Marian partly rested from his campaign for a charity ipagbuntis his first baby daughter Zia . Marian promised that he would return after childbirth .
So now again he launched his campaign for the Smile Train #YanAngSmile Philippines .
In her Instagram post said ,

The Smile Train is an international children's charity that provides free surgery for those with clef lip and cleft palate .
Marian First met Smile Train Philippines in 2014. It was when she accompanied her fiance and now husband Dingdong Dantes in Pampanga where NGO celebrated their 30,000th th cleft surgery in the country .
Including Miss Universe 2016 Wurtzbach Pia , Marc Pingris and Danica Sotto - Pingris and other supporters of Smile Train Philippines .
